New Battleborn stealth hero Pendles in action
1Pendles has arrived in Battleborn as the game's first true stealth hero. He hails from the same ocean that gave us our last hero Alani. He is an assassin style hero and is capable of wrecking some face.
He has a unique trait of being able to stealth if nobody is looking at him. Once he does, he can move faster which is a bit unusual for a stealth hero. In most games, stealthers move slower when cloaked. Pendles can do some massive burst when he comes out of stealth especially with an injection. Aside from injection, he also can drop a smoke bomb that poisons people, stealths himself and can even be talented into a blind. His helix has a good balance of staying power and buffs to raw damage. The way Phoebe was in the beta just getting up in people's face and stabbing them to death, Pendles might be able to do the same. He's also really good in story mode as you can see here.
