New Cycle is a newly released post apocalyptic city builder that's released in early access on Steam and it's one you definitely need to check out. This isn't just a standard city builder, there are mechanics like a morale system, there are different seasons that have an effect on what resources are available like mushrooms not being available to gather in the winter, there are other features that I feel a lot of different games miss like seeing what resources are available in different locations you want to place your buildings.
