In this build, it is possible to have a student have a headache while using a specific substance in his or her bento, which would lead him/her to the infirmary and ask for some medicine to combat the pain. It is also possible to drown a student when he/she is vomiting in the bathroom and cause a trap to electrocute a student without him/her noticing.

There are changes in the appearance of the infirmary, the addition of a new machine in the cafeteria, a new hairstyle for Yandere-chan, new props in the Sewing Club, students noticing player's footsteps in the low atmosphere and the addition of two easter eggs: one that makes the rain fall and another mysterious one that makes Nemesis appear.
