Beautiful sprites and fluid gameplay, what more could a retro game fan want? I've been following the progress of this game on Twitter for some time now and I'm happy to finally be able to play it and see that it's as good as it seemed to be in the teasers. In the video I played the first part of the game that teaches the mechanics of the movements, the DEMO also explores a little more of the castle that I didn't show here.

Vampire's Veil is a pixel art game inspired by retro classics, with a vibrant gothic style. Explore castles, forests and dark temples while facing relentless hunters in scenarios that combine intense colors with mysterious shadows.
You control Selene, wife of the legendary vampire Damian Thorn. After an attack by the Seven Hunters, her family was sealed in fragments of a crystal. Now, Selene must fight to free them, reclaim her power, and restore her lost dominion in a world full of dangers and mysteries.
