New Go Map Radar for Android - Pokemon Go Scanner is back! How to get it
UPDATE FOLKS: As of Nov 15th, it looks like Poke Radar has gone the way of fast pokemaps and taken down as niantic's changed their algorithm. It's not worth downloading this app right now!
I'll post a video detailing the back and forth between niantic and trackers soon, but for now, it looks like Poke Radar's golden time has past - when it comes to trackers, it looks like android users are still left a bit behind!
Previous description:
The battle between John Hanke and 3rd party scanners continues! Go Radar has just released for android devices.
If you missed having a working 3rd party scanner for android, this's the latest iteration of Go Radar, but this time it's for androids. This doesn't have to be your thing, but if a scanner is the thing that stood between you and discouragement when a snorlax was just steps away, now android users don't have to be left out.

Notes:
-App not required by any means
-Go Radar IS a third party application. The Silphroad has been discussing whether or not it might one day earn any kind of banhammer. So far Niantic's not stopped any users, just the folks making the apps, which says something.
-App does feature a pokemon filter: bottom right button.
-App experiences long delays in unpopular areas. This is likely to change over time.
-Application so far seems at least as reliable as fastpokemap.
