New Hero Vegnus Skill Description and Animation | Eternal Evolution
Hello folks, a new Elite Atlas Tank hero called Vegnus, the Battle Custodian, will be available after the maintenance and you can get his shards in the Rise of Heroes event after the update.
Vegnus came from the Atlas faction and his hero characteristics are back row defense and can stop death.

The Ultimate Skill of Vegnus called Heavy Cleave.
Vegnus delivers three slashes to an area in front and Each hit deals damage to targets in the area equal to 4% of their Max HP (Max Limit 4% of Vegnus' Max HP), has a 30% chance (Based on Accuracy) to Knocks Down the enemies and the third hit deals 150% damage.
Its Talent Effect is that Affected targets receive additional 12% AOE Damage for 7 seconds.
His Common Skill called Devastating Strike, Vegnus deals damage to all targets in the area equal to 10% of their Max HP and the Max limit is 10% of Vegnus' Max HP.
Its Talent Effect is that if the Target is hit, it will have a 30% chance (Based on Accuracy) to be Knocked Down.
His next Common Skill called Guardian. Vegnus activates the Guardian state and Reduces all received Damage by 50%, and this lasts for 5 seconds.
Its talent Effect is that While in the Guardian state, Vegnus removes all controlled effects from himself every 3 seconds.
His Passive Skill called Thirst for Victory. When allied Energy Heroes Skills hit 3 or more enemies, it will increase Vegnus' Damage Reduction by 4% and this lasts for 4 seconds and this will stack up to 5 times.
Its Talent Effect is that it Increases the max stacks by 2 levels.
Vegnus Exclusive Equipment called the Two-Handed Axe.
The Energy Skill Enhancement, Upon activation, it restores 25% of Vegnus' Max HP.
The Devastating Strike Enhancement, it Increases Damage Reduction by 15% and lasts for 8 seconds and stacks up to 3 times maximum.
The Guardian Enhancement, Vegnus receives an additional effect that restores 2% of Max HP every second for 7 seconds.
The Thirst for Victory Enhancement, When activated, Vegnus restores 4% of Max HP and 25 Energy and This effect can only be activated once every 3 seconds.
