This High Ashwing heroic race seems to be a copy of the High Nacrea heroic race, which was an incredibly grind heavy race for anyone looking to get the +500 orbs from lap 18. It IS doable free to play, but you need to be willing to spend 200+ gems minimum to be able to achieve this, even if you're logging in very very diligently.
