In this episode, I tried to refine the hangar door shell design so it would open and close a bit more consistant & smoothly. It...sort of worked, although it resulted in me having to build the edges out of halfblocks to prevent it from catching. Which was rather annoying considering that was one of the things the collission update was supposed to fix. So I got a bit burned out on the hangar door & decided to try to redesign the Solar Door, or rather the hatch that will eventually open up of the solar panels to extend. It went ok, and I was actually very happy with the structural strength of the multi-piston design. However, I did once again run into some collission issues as it kept getting stuck on things as it opened & closed.
