2023-03-23 Patch Notes (Updated)
Hello, Survivors!
The March update comes with a new mode, new gun, and more.

Added ARENA(KA-BOOM!!) Mode
A new mode, ARENA(KA-BOOM!!) will be added to the New State Lab.
ARENA(KA-BOOM!!) mode is a Round Deathmatch mode where players are given only grenade launchers and throwables.
Players are given guns with grenade launchers when the round begins. Please note that only grenade launchers can be used, not regular rounds.
Only grenade ammo will be given to the players, and other types of ammo will not be available throughout the entire match.
The grenades cannot damage allies.
The usual Round Deathmatch mode rules are applied as well.
All covers and terrains, except for the starting area and certain other areas, can be destroyed. Falling down the destroyed terrain will result in the player's death.
The central supply box contains a 'Red Zone Launcher', which is only available in KA-BOOM!! mode.
A Red Zone Launcher is a three-round burst weapon with a greater blast radius than a regular grenade launcher.
LAGNA Update
We updated LAGNA, the new map revealed in the last update, based on feedback given by players and analysis of in-game play data.
Mesta will always spawn on the ridge of Estacion and Carta.
Only two Mestas will appear in one session.
To give players more time to farm during the first phase of Blue Zone, we lengthened the waiting time after the first phase of Blue Zone, and slowed down the Blue Zone's move speed.
We increased the chance of finding items in the multi-drop.
Also, we slightly increased the overall item spawn rate.
New Weapon added
Added new weapon: The Sawed-Off
The Sawed-Off is a HG that uses 12 Gauge rounds.
With the Sawed-Off's powerful single-fire, you can easily kill other players in close distances.
A choke can be equipped on the muzzle slot.
Recruit Mode(Erangel)
Added Recruit Mode(Erangel)
Recruit Mode will be added to the New State Lab.
The Recruit Mode will take place in Erangel.
You can recruit up to 8 teammates in total.
In Recruit Mode, a player can recruit teammates faster than in the regular Battle Royale Mode.
It takes 5 seconds to recruit an enemy.
If the recruit is successful, both the recruited player and recruiting player recovers 100% of HP and booster gauge.
To prevent allies from killing an enemy with an on-going recruit, an enemy who is being recruited does not take damage from allies' attacks.
Recruit Mode opens every weekend, and stays open for 4 hours until Hot Time.

Gun Balance Change
We balanced guns based on analysis of the players' in-game play data.
Vector C2 - Large Capacity Magazine
The Large Capacity Magazine's capacity has increased from 45 to 50.
Micro UZI C1 - Long Barrel & Enhanced Stock
Reduced both vertical and horizontal recoil control.
Auto Aim Balancing
Reduced the Auto Aim performance of the following guns:
UZI
Vector
P90
P18C
MP5K
Skorpion
MCX
M249
Improved Grenade Launcher
We made the grenade trail more visible when firing.
MAP/MODE UPDATES
Battle Royale Season 8 is now here!
Your tier will reset based on your final Season 7 tier.
When you enter the Lobby, you will receive a season summary as well as your rewards for the previous season.
More Season Ranking Reward
Pog Tier Survivors, including the 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the rankings, will be given special titles.
The title differs depending on your ranking for that server, and can be used throughout the entire season.
Both ranking season title and regular titles can be equipped at the same time.
Adjusted Hot Time Schedule
We are adjusting the Hot Time schedule. Hot Time will be held at the same hour.

Shooting Gallery Update
Shooting Gallery Ranking Reset and Balance Adjustment
The Shooting Gallery Ranking will be reset.
Rewards for your previous ranking will be sent to your inbox.
Some Shooting Gallery patterns will be changed.
Combo time has increased from 2 seconds to 4 seconds.
Bonus scores for achieving a certain combo will be changed as below:
when a playable map opens
When a playable map opens in the Map Selection screen, a notification will be sent to players.
If the map is available for a limited time, players will also be given information on the time remaining.
Added Map Shortcut button
A Map Shortcut button for the maps suggested by New State will be added at the top of the Lobby.
Pressing the Map Shortcut button will redirect you to the said map in the Map Selection Screen.
