I finally got everything to record videos in HD.
I bought the Hauppauge HD PVR for about 200€.
You need a Wii component cable to record with it.

RECORDING:
- Hauppauge HD PVR
- Software: TotalMedia Extreme: ArcSoft Capture Module
- Recorded in 720x480
- Encoding Bit Rate: 13.5 Mbps (Highest quality available)
- Recorded in 60 fps
- Video Format: M.2TS
- Wii component cable

CONVERTING:
- Software: TotalMedia Extreme: Converter
- Settings: Sony, Sony PS3 (Has best format and frame-value etc.)
- Converted to 29,97 fps (YouTube doesn't accept 60 fps!)
- Video Format: .wmv

RENDERING:
- Sony Vegas Pro 9.0
- Settings: 29,97 fps (NTSC) | 1280x720 | Other settings

I know this settings aren't the best. I know there are better ones... I just need to know them. =)
