3-4: Autoscrolling water level. This is made SIGNIFICANTLY easier with the Suwako suit.
3-5: High-rises and falling platforms galore. I had to remove a buttload of fall-deaths here. I ended up doubling back to the World 2 store to grab a carrot to get all the red stars here. I imagine they're probably also reachable by the Suwako suit's high/long jump ability, but that thing's so hard to maneuver that the carrot is ultimately the better option.
3-6: Very straightforward level, though a number of new obstacles are introduced, including crumbling blocks, flower pot fairy maids, and what seem to be fairy maids with curling brushes? They make the floor slippery at any rate.
World 3 Castle: Mini replicas of the Patchouli bot from Megamari are everywhere here, but you can ride on top of them safely. There's one rather difficult to find red star that I actually found in this run by complete accident.
As for the boss (Patchouli), it's a fairly easy fight (this run was my first time reaching her). All you have to do is use the other robots as a platform to jump on her head 3 times, and the second mushroom is yours.
