Six Flags is building a whole new way to elevate the guest experience with the help of Google Cloud. In this interview, Six Flag’s Chief Digital Officer Omar Omran shares how they are using Google Cloud technology to remain customer obsessed and personalize the experience of all those who enter their parks. Powered by Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, Six Flags has built an industry-first digital assistant who can answer guests’ questions and help them plan their whole day. Six Flags will also apply Google Cloud's capabilities in AI, analytics, and infrastructure to offer improved operations, personalization, and customer experiences across Six Flags' diverse portfolio of parks.
“Google Cloud allows you to challenge the status quo and take your company to a whole new level.” Omran says “It has the best AI tools available in the market. We don’t have to focus on how to build technology, we can focus on the complex items related to elevating the guest experience and not worrying too much about the backend and all the security or the complexity of the AI tools.”
