0The Witcher 4: Everything we know so far CD Projekt Red has officially announced that The Witcher 4 - or at least a new Witcher game - is in development.
"We're happy to announce that the next installment in The Witcher series of video games is currently in development, kicking off a new saga for the franchise," came the announcement.
We already knew that The Witcher 4 is going to happen eventually, with developer CD Projekt Red all but officially confirming that fact in multiple interviews over the years. But what we don't know is whether it'll actually be called The Witcher 4, or how it'll continue the series' narratives.
For now, it's a lot easier to call the next Witcher game, The Witcher 4, because until it has an official name, that's basically what it is. CD Projekt Red Global PR Director, Radek Grabowski, has even clarified that the developer hasn't announced a game called The Witcher 4
