Gear score 590-600 and then 625 via Umbral Shards will be easier as a developer has just confirmed that saving your gypsum casts till after the patch to open them would increase your gear score from 590 to 600. This means that you should start saving up your gypsum cast item chests till you get about 5-10 per item type slot for weapons armor and jewelry. The casts are on a 22hour cool down in live and there are many slots to save up for to have 600 gear score on day 1 of the January mutated dungeon patch so that you can start using umbral shards asap! Don't miss out!
