New Xbox360 Controller with Twisting D-pad Is not Durable (Take Care of IT)

37I got the New Xbox360 Twisting D-Pad Controller on 11/15/2010 & it broke on 12/8/2010. It really sux that it only lasted 3weeks & 3days. Microsoft really needs to make a more durable controller. I'm very unhappy.
