This is the first bit of news for open-rhythm.
Google has changed the rules again. From the 28th, of February, 2018, You will be needing an minimum 1,000 subscribers, 4,000 hours of view time. If you don't reach that threshold, Google won't pay you. And you'll have to wait another 30 days before re-submittion.
