Rules of Nuzlocke:

1. You must nickname every Nexomon You catch.

2. If a Nexomon faints, it is considered "dead" and you must put it in a box, to never be used again.

3. You may only catch the first Nexomon you encounter in every new route or area. However, you are allowed to find another encounter if you run into a duplicate Nexomon that you have already caught. You can also find another encounter if you run into a Nexomon that is the same species to a Nexomon that you have already caught. You can also catch and or receive any in-game event-based Pokémon, regardless of the route or area in which you receive them. (Legendary Nexomon, Gift Nexomon, etc.) those Pokémon are considered "Static" Nexomon.

4. If all of the Nexomon in your party faints during a battle, you lose. But one rule I follow is if you still have Nexomon in the Box, you have the option to continue with those. Box, you have the option to continue with those.

-NEXOMON NUZLOCKED WORKOUT PUNISHMENT RULES-



When a Nexomon dies during battle in your party there would be a workout set base on the typing of that Nexomon and have to do 10 reps or 30 seconds of that workout. Though if more of the same typing of Nexomon dies during the same game session then add 10 more reps or 30 seconds to that workout. Also, in a possibility of a Game Over when you have no more Nexomon to use you then have to do all the workouts but multiply 10 reps and 30 seconds to the number of Nexomon that died throughout the whole game.

NORMAL- Band Resistance Bicep Curls

FIRE- Elbow Planks (Hold For 30sec)

WATER-Elbow Side Planks (Hold For 30sec)

PLANT- Deadlift W Barbell

MINERAL Lunges W Dumbbells

WIND- TBS T-Bar Row

ELECTIC- Band Resistance Overhead Triceps Extension

PSYCHIC- Leg Raises

GHOST-Military Press
