UPDATE: After the 4.1.2 update, the Nexus 7 I am still getting these problems. Slow & Force Closing Apps a lot.
In this video I show the bad experience my Nexus 7 tablet is getting when it has less 2 GB of storage space available. This problem has been recognized by a couple blog sources and forums as well.
