I'm no longer using a high-end rig for a long time. I've used some performance tweaks to make it run fine on a Lenovo Z51-70 laptop and it worked out fine at least within my expectations.

Resolution set to 720p (with TAA), High Textures, and everything low. I got 30-45fps. I have these in my command line:
