Get Need For Speed 4 - High Stakes running on Windows 7 with the NFS HS EP 3.0 Beta 1.63. Installing on Vista or XP works similar. Instead of the Expansion Pack (EP) you can also use the much smaller Stock Pack (SP) if you don't want additional cars and tracks. Updated versions to 4.0 are available here :
