Both the video and the in-game resolution is 2560x1440 in this video, and I'm getting 30 FPS. Using 1920x1080 resolution gets me 50-60 FPS on my overclocked GTX 750 Ti, with the same reshade preset and texture mods. The infinite NOS isn't a hack (and as you can see, there's no infinite speedbreaker in the vid). I figured it's just some glicth that occured after installing the upgradable M3 GTR script on my Community Patch GLOBAL files and adding ultimate & junkman NOS parts on my M3 GTR. Don't ask me for any Community Patch files by the way since I won't give them to you. And it's not like you can't do what you see in the vid without CP files. That's because all CP files do is just adding more traffic cars, new normal cars (explains the AI Skyline you see in this video) and having slight differences in heat levels (my CM GLOBAL file seemingly uses Carbon's heat level 8 from some Collector's Edition challenge series). In your case, heat level 8 (at least if you use extra options to get it like I did) will have only undercover Corvettes, no undercover state vehicles. Also from what I tested, you will only get roadblocks at heat level 8 on a normal GLOBAL, no spikestrips like in the vid.

Best moments/car crashes
-My favorite roadblock cop car crashes/destruction featuring Fiery Cop Explosion Mod are at 3:09 and 3:58 respectively
-Another good crash and car jam at 4:20 (it's also the thumbnail of this vid)
-SUVS crash and cops jam escape from 5:02 to 5:15

Sunset/"Night" starts at 0:56, cops appear at 1:47, super far camera change at 1:54, heading to old bridge at 5:51, reaching old bridge entrance at 6:10, debug camera at 6:42, watch car camera at 6:59, performance tuning at 7:31, reshade effects list at 7:52, cops enabled/disabled at 8:04 & 8:08.
