2Red Mountain Pass (Million Dollar Highway, CO) event in 2011's Need for Speed: The Run for PS3 by EA Black Box.
Red Mountain Pass is another sprint race with six race opponents, four checkpoints (3.2, 2.4, 1.6, 1.0) and the presence of the police, who will also utilize the Porsche Cayenne Turbo in this event. These vehicles will already chase Jack at the start of the race. A gas station is directly located to the start.
At 3,1 miles and further, two hairpin turns have to be driven. One will follow at 2,5 miles, which leads to more difficult turns such as 90° turns. Players can use a shortcut at 1,9 miles. More tricky corners are seen from 1,6 miles and onwards. Finally, a roadblock will be encountered at 1,0 miles. It can be safely said, that Red Mountain Pass is one of the most challenging events of Stage 4.
