The best engine is the 2.6 i6 swap as it provides slightly better acceleration over the stock engine. The combination of off-road suspension and grip tires is to prevent the car from being twitchy and allows for a predictable handling. This setup also allows you to easily build burst NOS from the combination of microdrifting and grip. Building burst NOS is the key to cover the car's weak acceleration.
