4The whole key to getting an S-Rank is to exploit SoB baiting by doing Meditation in front of the enemies. Eclipse Scythe is the best weapon for SoB because of the wide range. If you're playing the story mode, upgrade Scythe first to level three, then followed by either Lunar Staff or Falcon's Talon, since you can chain UTs on Alchemists with these weapons.
For Spider Tank, get rid of the shell of four legs before destroying any leg. If you destroy a leg, the tank will start spamming energy field.
Doku is not too hard to fight hand to hand, but if you want to be extra safe, run away, charge UT, and release when he comes close. If he tries to do a range attack, release UT to evade.
