welcome to NHL 21 today we are going to learn how to drop pass. there are two good reasons to perform a drop pass in NHL 21. the first good reason to perform a drop pass in NHL 21 is that it allows one to avoid poke checks in certain situations while keeping the puck moving. the other good reason to perform a drop pass in NHL 21 is to set up a pass to an open teammate and try to take advantage of a mismatch. in addition to that another good reason to perform a drop pass is to allow one to change directions and then change how the offense is attacking to take advantage of the defense in different angles as we will look at an example of that here.
