Go to Chapter 07-02 (After the Forest King). Pick up B2 and travel to desert: subterranean cave. There is infinite waves of enemies (level 38) and you can farm these parts on a single spot:

Machine Arm
Machine Core (sell for gold)
Machine Leg

Pristine Cable
Random Chips

You pretty much need the machine parts and gears and batteries to max your weaponry (to level 4). And to make looting easy, make sure you have the following chips equipped: Auto Collect (collects the loot automatically from the ground) and Item Scan (reveals the collectable loot on your minimap).
