7✦ Today marks the day the channel has it's first ever official let's play! And we are playing Night in the Woods! Night in the Woods is a 2D adventure game that focuses heavily on the themes of death, depression, and comedy! I covered Night in the Woods on my channel back before it released, and now step two is the let's play! Then after comes the Night in the Woods review! So here begins the Night in the Woods journey, we get in, I fail at almost every voice I give to a character, and we go meet some of our friends from out past while slowly exploring Possum Springs! Let's go!
✦ Night in the Woods is a new indie adventure game being developed by Infinite Fall, it released February 21st, on Ps4, PC, Mac, and Linux! Night in the Woods has you play as Mae Borowski, a cat character who drops out of college, moves home, and tries to reconnect with how her life used to be, before college. But things are different, her friends have changed, and something dark lurks in the woods. Guide Mae throughout her hometown to discover all the mysteries behind Night in the Woods. Night in the Woods is a story driven game 100% as the narrative was built first, then they added gameplay elements that fit the narrative. There are tons of characters to find and talk to, tons of branching story lines, some of which impact the game and what happens. There is also tons to explore within Possum Springs, Mae's hometown. Night in the Woods focuses on Death and Depression as game themes so expect the story to get somewhat dark.
