A 1-credit clear of the arcade game Night Raid [nightrai], played with MAME 0.229. Score: 11,995,230. This run makes heavy use of the upper left corner glitch: Many enemies don't fire at you if you're sitting in the top left corner of the screen (and there's no collision damage from enemies, so you don't need to worry about enemies bumping into you, just their shots). You still have to fight all of the bosses, and you'll need to deal with *some* enemies who fire into the corner, but overall it's an easy clear if you use that glitch (and a hard one if you don't). This game has a 90s grunge vibe: Aimless high-distortion guitar, muddy textures, low-polygon 3D graphics, distressed title font. I'm not really a fan, but I didn't mind visiting this dive bar of a game long enough to get a clear.
