Snakes are a very common item at our property. Tonight we have the very cute, if not unusual looking Boiga irregularis, commonly known as the "Brown tree snake", "Night Tiger" or even "Doll's eye snake" due to its rather large eyes.
This is a rear fanged mildly venomous snake that isn't medically significant to humans/cats/dogs and mostly goes looking for frogs. It likely was in our yard looking for the frogs which congregate around our airconditioning outlets. At the beginning of the video you can see a Cane Toad (ugh) which is *not* a meal for such a snake.
