Why do horror games, or horror anything in that case, love to do things with bathrooms. There is always an item and or a jumpscare. No idea why...maybe its because its a place we consider safe and secure somewhat? The closest thing there is to a scenery of a hospital? Do evil things poop more? Well evil things do say they hunger a lot, so they eat probably more and thus must poop more. Sounds legit.
