Ninja Gaiden 2: Chapter 6 - Giant Skeleton Troll (Path of The Warrior)
2This fucking guy. I actually love this fight, but his spin attack and kicks are really annoying if you don’t have space to run away. The most disrespectful grabs I have ever seen on a boss. You can eventually break out of them, but they still take a decent chunk off of your health. Dying to his grabs gets old pretty quick, but I couldn't stop laughing the first time he killed me.
You can block them with Ninpo, but his kicks are really quick and I was already attacking him. I did manage to block his entire spin attack with the Flame Pheonix Ninpo, it doesn’t really do much damage here but seems to help stun him.
I’m using the XYYYY combo on the Kusari-gama. If you get lucky this can hit his orb for massive damage and can stunlock him. I managed to take off a third of his health, but he managed to break out of stun and land a few kicks before going down.
Attacking his bones does almost no damage, but you can still hit his legs to down him and try to land some hits on his chest area. It can take a while with most weapons, and sniping the orb with the bow didn't seem to work. Jump attacks with the Kusari-gama or Lunar Staff should make quick work of him.
