Description:
Cloud is an ex-SOLDIER turned mercenary, who accepts a job from Avalanche, an eco-terrorist group that opposes his former employer. Sonon, a Wutai ninja, joins as a guest character. Unlike Red, he has HP and can be commanded, though you can never take full control of him.
3:10 Boss: Ramuh
Ramuh can set up thunder field hazards and can teleport to your position. After taking enough damage, he summons sparks and gains additional attacks. You can pressure him by destroying the sparks, but the pressure state won't last long.
6:40 Sector 7 Slums
We have to go to a warehouse to get the fake IDs, but the Corneo lackeys try to kidnap Nayo. However, after a fight against them, they leave because they already have Tifa.
The Shinra troopers chase Zhijie into the Shipping Facility.

That miniboss was actually close to an MP crate. This will be your last MP crate for this chapter.
51:33 Boss: Gigantipede
The head is immune to magic, but the tail isn't. Using lightning on the tail will cause the boss to be pressured. You can then use Synergy normal attack on the head to stagger it.
Once the boss loses half HP, it goes off the arena and summons drones that will mark your characters for missile barrages. You'll have to quickly destroy the drones with Yuffie's ninjutsu. Once the boss is down, attack the tail to pressure it again, even if it means using a few spells to trigger Sonon's synergy materia.
Once the boss is at low HP, it exposes its drill face and summons drones continuously. You'll have to use Banishment III on the tail and quickly burst it down with magic damage before the boss overwhelms you.

Turns out I neglected some of Yuffie's mechanics, such as a ranged version of Windstorm and using Synergy to force Sonon to avoid damage.
