Do specs actually not matter if Switch can run all the same Engines and API as other consoles? It definitely does. Also I am aware of the rumored UE4 Build settings that were "found", keep in mind that anyone can edit an ini file though and just like everything it's definitely not confirmed as people think it is, but even then it's not really very telling since it also depends on the game running UE4 as to what settings the Switch can use for it.
