2024 was a year full of firsts for the Nintendo Switch Online and the more expensive Expansion Pack. It was the year when some of Rare’s most iconic games hit the service, Starfy came straight out of Japan and mature games were all the rage. A year full of high-profile heroes, like Mega Man, Mario, Donkey Kong and Link. And just to be thorough, Nintendo even threw us a classic Pokemon game, even if it wasn’t the one that people actually wanted. But with all of these big games hitting the service, does that mean that 2024 was the best year ever for the Nintendo Switch Online?
