I have put in a little over 60 hours into this game. I have incredibly mixed feelings about it even now while writing this. I have played all of the Xeno games so I know how the series has developed and I had certain expectations going into this game, that I ultimately feel it did not meet.
The entire game plays like an MMO, without being an MMO. Which means tons of tedious grinding and meaningless fetch quest. But worst part that game force player to do that. Want to progress story? Get level 30 (aka kill monsters few hours in a row). And that happens all the time. I found the story to be a entertaining apart from all the tedious grinding. This longplay cover main story + some side quests, but its already over 100GB and 60 hours of gameplay. 100% run of this game will be around 200-300 hours (I’m not kidding). -
