27:52 - Scented Letter (after you complete this mission, go into the Interim to unlock Yaksha Returns after talking to the npc wearing blue armor on the left)

To unlock Japanese Heart, Yokai Smarts, you need to side with Hachisuka in the Shiftling's Wise Judgement mission and complete it. You then need to do High-spirited Demon and kill him on the bridge. If you've already done that, you don't need to do it again. Hachisuka will appear in the interim when both conditions are met. Speak with him to unlock this mission.
To unlock Restless Spirits, you need to side with Shibata in the Shiftling's Wise Judgement mission and complete it. Afterwards, do Pervading Waters and rescue him from the long-tongue demon, speak with him and he'll join you. He will appear in the interim after you complete Ruin Draws Near and you'll need to speak with him to unlock this mission. Again, if you've done Ruin Draws Near already, you don't need to do it again.
