1I heard about this a while ago in another Nitroid video and after trying it a few times, I wasn't able to pull it off so I just gave up. I decided to revisit it today for the sake of having a video showing it and managed to pull it off. The jump is quite difficult and only saves around three seconds, so it's a rather high risk for little reward.
Funfact: It took me 23 attempts at this jump before I managed to pull it off for the video.
