I feel like banging my head against my wall after doing this. I will not reveal the number of attempts I did in order to complete this but I will say that it reached triple digits.

List of things that can and WILL go wrong:

- Failing the brick clip
- Positioning the arrow lift incorrectly after the brick clip
- Failing to properly guide the foe
- Causing the foe to clip through one of the blocks
- Causing the foe to go too far past the star switch
- Taking too long to re-position the arrow lift
- Climbing the ladder with the block (EASILY THE WORST OFFENDER)
- Throwing the blue block too far or not far enough
- Failing to land on the blue block
- Being crushed by the star blocks because of a bad cycle when you hyper dash across the gap
- Being forced to hyper dash in order to reach the arrow lift and falling on the spikes
- Being crushed while trying to maneuver the arrow lift around the colored switches

There's probably more but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Rather than bringing the blue block across, you could use the arrow lift for the escape although it's much slower.
