The ms-sql-brute NSE script included with NMAP can be configured in a way to launch a bruteforce attack against a MySQL server.

In this video we already have results from a nmap port scan searching for MySQL servers with port 1433 open (previous video). We then use the ms-sql-brute NSE script, a password wordlist, and a user wordlist we created.

Once we have the sa (Administrator) account password we can download, read, write to the MySQL databases. The tables in these databases can include Names, Addresses, Contact Information, Credit Card Information, Purchases, E-mail addresses, SSN, etc.
