No Escape... on BTD5 FLASH?
3Yep, I got it to work. :D
The basic premise: 5 seconds after the last bloon spawns, 1 life is removed for every additional second that bloons are on screen.

Additional Changes:
Several rounds had their duration changed, to avoid them from being too easy. (No bloons were added or removed though.)
Fast Track starting cash changed to $4000 to compensate for the extra lives.
The cash per pop penalties happen sooner than normal; 20 instead of 50 for 50% cash, 50 instead of 60 for 20% cash, and 70 instead of 85 for 10% cash.
