Banjo Kazooie is one of my favourite videogames, one I have been playing for well over ten years. I loved the game as a kid but now that I've completed it so many times it never feels the same when I play it. I've watched and loved various Banjo Kazooie Speedruns, Walkthroughs, LPs and Blind Lps (Let's Play Banjo Kazooie and Let's Play Banjo Kazooie Blind) and seeing as all of those things have been done and uploaded by other people I wanted to try something different.

On a joint account my friends and I uploaded a "Banjo Kazooie No Extra Honeycomb Piece Challenge" where we had to do the whole game but not collecting any Extra Honeycomb pieces and so we only had five energy bars throughout the game. That was pretty easy and I therefore decided to try a much harder challenge: "A Banjo Kazooie No Honeycombs, No Extra Honeycombs Piece Challenge" whereby not only do I have to go without collecting Extra Honeycomb Pieces but I also have to avoid standard Honeycomb Pieces. This means I'll only have 5 energy bars throughout the entire game and I'm not allowed to recover using Honeycomb Pieces; I'll have to depend on Bottles and Brentilda to refill my health. If I save and quit I'll make sure I have full health when I do; it would be cheap to save and quit with one energy bar left and then re-start with full health.

In this video you see me complete the game; I complete the quiz and beat Gruntilda. For an extra challenge I decided to do the quiz answering every question on the board. I play on the Nintendo 64 and not the XBOX360 which means if I do die I'll have to re-collect all of the notes and jinjos for the level I die on. I'm aware the quality isn't top notch but please don't be put off by that; I tried my absolute hardest to make it the best I could and I do believe the quality is atleast watchable. I don't own Banjo Tootie or Nuts and Bolts and have never played either of those games so it's highly unlikely I'll upload a similar challenge for either of those games.
