I don't do much NMS modding, but when I do I always forget the simple things like packing a mod. So this video is more for me than anyone else but maybe someone will find it handy.
This video is setting up basic tools, creating a simple mod and packing it. No 3D modelling in this video as most people don't care about it or want to do it. Will do 3D modelling in another video.
