No More Spring Split in the LCS, Format Changes to LCS and Academy | ESPN ESPORTS
ESPN's Arda Ocal reacts to recent reports that the LCS will change the regular season format removing the Spring and Summer Split in favor of a year long regular season. A mid-season tournament among the top 6 teams will be played to determine the LCS representative for MSI. Along with the reported LCS format change, the North American Academy system will undergo changes to promote regional talent.
