This is a video showing a game-breaking bug where Pierre a.k.a. "Mime King" due to some timing issues with modern hardware [even though nothing is overclocked] makes Mission 8 section "The getaway" unable to be completed. This specifically happens when I use an AMD HD 6950 as my rendering device. With audio quality low he is even slower. VSync is enabled but doesn't help as his animation is glitchy. The only fix I could find was to use my CPU's onboard video i.e. Intel HD 4600 as my renderer which fixed the timing issue well enough that I could finish the stage.
** I disabled hardware acceleration by uninstalling my video drivers and using the default basic windows driver and his timing was corrected. This is a hardware acceleration bug from the drivers **

Hardware: Intel i7-4770k, XFX AMD HD 6950 [15.7.1 driver], 8 GB Mushkin Memory, Asus Maximus VI Hero, Samsung 840 Pro 256 GB, Windows 10 Home x64
... ps. It happens with the R9 390 too... bloody drivers :(
