This build is basically what I use to farm the new Cerim Crucible , if the lightning damage is above 300 it can consistently kill any non elite mob spark for the boss it basically like a shotgun the only con about it is you have to be close to boss. But doing 3000-4000 damage for normal run just over kill but still pretty upset I didn't kill the boss tho , because that echo combination might never happen again...
Btw I was mention the casting speed because u need to channel chain lightning longer if you want to hit up to 3 target faster casting speed allow u to reach it faster.
