We have our own hobbies and can't let go of them, but sometimes... Bad things happen to our hobbies... We all have bad things that happen to us, and we can't stop thinking about those thoughts (whether they're tragic or terrible)... And it might lead us to depression, and avoiding our loved ones, which is not worth having, because it'll get worse and worse if we try getting rid of them by ourselves, and not finding a better way... But we can try to ignore those thoughts and stick with doing what we need to do. Well, those thoughts can still appear in our minds, but we can still try our own moves to do what needs to be done. Keep being yourself.
