NOIRFRAME Behind the Glass – Day 1: Concept Day
Day 1 of the NOIRFRAME project. In this episode, I resurrect an old laptop with a fresh Linux install, breathing new life into forgotten hardware. I walk through how I 3D printed a custom wall-mounted frame to house the monitor—minimal, tactile, purposeful.
You’ll also catch a glimpse of the early concept sketch drawn on my Wacom tablet—just a rough idea of where this is going, but already loaded with mood and direction. This is the beginning of something cinematic, atmospheric, and deeply personal.
🔧 Tools Used:
– Linux Mint (or your distro)
– 3D printer + PLA filament
– Unreal Engine
-Fusion 360
– Wacom tablet (sketching ideas)
🎬 Stick around. The mirror hasn’t turned on yet—but it’s starting to remember.
