In this video let's pit HMD Global's flagship Nokia 8 against our Android speedtest champion the OnePlus 5 in a speedtest under different scenarios to see which performs better.

Both phones are powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 chip.

We are using the 4Gb ram variant of the Nokia 8 and the 8gb ram variant of the OnePlus 5.

Both phones have been factory reset before the test.

Both phones are connected to the same wireless network and there are no apps running in the background.

The Nokia 8 has a 5.3" Quad HD display while the OnePlus 5 has anodized aluminium all over it with a 5.5" Optic AMOLED display with a full hd resolution up front.
