noobish ps3 hdd change pt 1
1Excuse quality, and settings that makesa it go 720p despite the boxes, recorded on my mobile...which is why the audio is BETTER than the last vid...
Im just changing my ps3's hdd, if you watch part 2 ill explain the "backup" procedure, any questions feel free to ask, as I done this without any real though which is why there is alot of chopping and changing, hell I planned none of it...
What you need
-ps3 that needs hdd change
-Back up external drive in fat32 format
-Phillips head screw driver
-Internal sata 2.5 inch drive (9.5mm)
(Speed is debatable, while some swear 7200rpm is faster it's not noticeable but 5200rpm is what's already inside the ps3 so stick with that, reduced hear as well for heat freaks)
-Google (for tips on hdd changes)
-Youtube (for just showing me what way to do things XD)
And yes...I was nervous...
