It seems that the R9 3900X may reach its advertised single core boost clock of 4.6 Ghz when taxed with no operation. Higher than 4,524 Ghz I dont get tho, since its still handling a running OS in the background.
It is intresting to see that whether I test Thread 12 or Thread 0 both on Core 0, the corresponding untested thread will have the highest frequency.
